Of course not, NA was one of the last regions to get the game.

Not necessarily. I'm not much of a fan of TB strategy at all, and I didn't care for the tutorial. The game really doesn't start to take off until after the first couple of hours.
Having said that, there's no doubt this is the best game I've played in 2008. |
