How increase Talent Prowess for crafting?
 

How increase a Talent Prowess for a craft talent?

Like any other talent.

First you have to have one. (Purchase them from trainers. You will get blacksmith and bow maker fairly early, so might as well get the alchemy).

If you have one, click red button, if you can increase the skill it it will be green, click the arrows until it says max, or becomes red (this means you don't have enough leveling points).

That seems crazy but I don't see the arrows related to craft talent after to have click the big red button.

On what page I should find that? Is it possible to buy a bow crafting skill for example and not be allowed to improve the related Talent (which starts at 0)?
