OK, What did I do wrong??
 
I started out as a "BattleMage" and I was doing fairly well, when all of a sudden all of my "spells" went dark in the "quick bar" and I can't use them anymore…a little help for a "newb" please

Think it might have to do with the armor you wear.

Nope…..same armour, I did move up to "Level 2" but haven't used any experience points yet

You are wearing metal.
