No Mutants Allowed has picked up on an Interplay SEC filing that outlines Herve Caen's plans to raise $75M in capital for Fallout Online. Here's a small snip:

NMA also points out that no one last year tried to collect that around $3 million they are owed by Interplay so Herve is implying that somehow its been magically written off by the stroke of his pen.

interplay has been dead for years now, and everyone knows Herve is a scam artist

this may have well been an SEC filing about plans to breed unicorns and their magical dwarf riders
