Temple Music is Awesome

Long time gamer here, and music has always been important to me. Classic Ultima tunes have always been best. In Gothic 3 I loved the gorgeous tune that played when you were walking around.

But so far, the temple music is amazing in Risen. You first notice it in the Eastern Temple.

It is hard to describe. Its more like sounds rather consistent music. If you put your headphones on it sounds best. It almost has what sounds like a deep base air swooshing every few seconds. For some reason, it makes the atmosphere amazing.

Kai Rosenkranz is very talented.

Absolutely. Did you know he was also the visual effects supervisor for Gothic 1-3?

As far as the music in Risen, I love it. It really reminds me more of Gothic 1 than anything else.

He is one of the best musical directors in the business, no doubt. He really knows how to create a good atmosphere.

I agree, the music in Risen really stood out; outstanding, IMO, I actually found myself turning the volume up because it was so good.

I always turn up the volume of the Music setting in the PB games, so I can turn up the volume without getting redicilously loud sound effects.
