I'd say at least two new monsters per level of…
I'd say at least two new monsters per level of dungeon plus the always present rats, zombies, slimes, skeletons, wolfs…. I think, in a real dungeon, the "normal" encounter should be a long dead…

Two Worlds is an empty game, very repetetive.
Dungeon Lords was terrible but I managed to finish it (never finished Two Worlds I).
I don't think TW II will be better.
