They've been transitioning from their old forums on steampowered.com to their forums on steamcommunity.com for a while now. I'm pretty sure they are both run by Valve, so they will still have forums….

If we ever do a turn based game I'm pretty sure it will have a party. I personally prefer to control only 1 character in action RPGs and multiple characters in turn based.
