And I think that's the reason for what looked to me to be a rather tepid response in the Steam reviews. If the game weren't chopped up as much as it is, I think it would've fared better there.

The few Steam reviews I read pretty much called it a fantasy XCOM, which doesn't sound like such a bad thing. Also, there may be a few bugs and crashes, though not game stopping.
