Level 10 is pretty powerful in D&D. BG1 only went to about 10 if i recall. I am hoping for some dlc that increases the level cap.

The major bummer with a level 10 cap is dual or multi classing….

I though Dark souls excelled in this area. Hand placed loot. Move sets made the game feel different with all weapons and Havelís ring was an absolute game changer IN DS1.

I’m pretty sure that money is a major factor to all dev’s. I’m don’t know how big of fans they are of BG but they have proved to me their fans of isometric party based RPG’s and that’s enough for me….

It has a weak story because it’s based on the D&D module with the same name that has a weak story.

Some of the best cRPG D&D combat to date though. IMO.

As for the game, I'm taking a wait and see approach. I like most of what I hear but chaotic spell casting doesn't sound all that appealing.
