It's obviously a setting with strong body modification to begin with and the game IIRC was fairly diverse skin…

I think Windows 10 gets a worse rap than it deserves. I've never had any major issues with it, and game compatibility, even with older titles, has been just as good as Windows 7 in my experience.

That's why I read more than I game nowadays. :) However, there is something to be said about a story being good enough to work as a motivation to keep playing, even when the gameplay gets stale.
