True, a player from Mexico could play normally in Boca juniors or in Liverpool (examples!) and still appear here against his usual teammates.
There is another possibility, a player originally from Mexico got USA citizenship and can now play for USA, why not.

All that diversity is exactly the beauty of world cup.

Supporting Mexico today. Looks like this cup is a chance for “smaller” teams since only Brazil and France still remain from the bigger powers.
And yes , I am being sarcastic about England. Though they look good.

By bigger powers I mean teams that have won a World Cup.
Indeed Belgium is full of quality players in almost every position. Yet, two years ago they disappointed (euro).
In terms of quality, I think they are the best team

Yeah, I know.
They disappoint sometimes, but they've done well so far. Last time they were struggling each match...

Mexico gave Brasil a hard match, especially the first half. As I said to friends here, it wasn't an easy match.

Yea, Brazil is looking good and a serious candidate for the trophy.

And what a come-back by Belgians! Probably the best game I've watched so far.

Yay, Japan is out!! :D I'm going to cheer for Belgium to win it all now ;)

I liked the way Japan played, and they were unlucky. A textbook goal from Belgium at the end, though.

I'm happy for Belgium. Lots of excited folk honking horns and cheering around here. I thought Japan were going to pull off one hell of an upset though for a while!
