Stay away. Reviews are bad. Appears TW2 devs are trying to jump on the GOTY/Enhanced edition train a little too late for this title.

At first sight - especially from gameplay videos Two Worlds I-II..etc have good graphics and seem intriguing, but only after trying out one you realize the unfortunate truth: Unfun Mess.

They should've remade the first one. It was a better game.

I was looking forward to this as TW2 is one of my favorite games of all time. Before considering, you may want to read the reviews and comments on Steam, almost all of which are abysmal. Not too surprising considering Reality Pumps total debacle with Raven's Cry. I mean it's one thing when you screw up, but it's totally another thing when you refuse to fix it or even admit that it needs fixing.

Wow, they removed the console then added in micro-transactions to help you cheat?? That's just… wow.

I think I'll just pretend that RP really did go bankrupt back a couple of years ago.

The cancer is spreading. We don't have digital radiation nor chems, there is only one cure for it. Do not feed it, please.

No I'm not saying don't pay for microtransactions. I'm saying don't buy cancerous products.

No buy because of the micro transactions. Leave that silliness for the phone game market. Pass.

Wrong on so many levels. I finished two worlds two just a month or so ago in anticipation of new content, instead I deleted the game, will never play again, and will never ever purchase this. Thanks for saving me money!

Micro transactions don't play any role that I've noticed. I'm... quite enjoying this now. I can't for the life of me remember how to play though. It was 2 hours before I discovered how to sprint :/

When/where does the DLC take place? Is it integrated into the main game or is it a separate quest accessed from the menu?

Oh man you guy are hilarious. TW1 was a JOKE. Hilarious, terrible voice acting. TW2 was a little better, but still a clunky piece of crap.

I love RPG watch, but you guys with your grading curve for ANYTHING european-made... truly hilarious.

@Ovenall - nice little tirade. It's been a little while since you last threw a fit over how people enjoy different games than you. I kinda missed it ;)

Both games were indeed pretty clunky - but they had their charm. I could definitely use a more polished version of either. It's not like the world was swimming in open world RPGs back then - and it's still not, unless you count all the me-too Ubisoft clones.

However, I'm not sure what to make of this - and why in the world would they add microtransactions? That's something you do if you expect a sizable audience that would actually care enough to spend money on in-game stuff.

In this case, it makes them look desperately greedy and out of touch with reality. Then again, they also made Raven's Cry - which was another game I really looked forward to but turned out to be marred by mediocrity and horrible, horrible performance.

Which reminds me, I should give it another shot soon. joxer is always going on about it - and he does occasionally reflect reason.

As for this TW2 thingy - I guess these guys just suck a bit more than they glow.

I don't trust Topware anymore. Since their repeated insolvency they use methods I can't agree with. For example they own german website dlh.net. Make an educated guess whose review and award is used prominently on Vendetta's steam page? I have every sympathy for small companies struggling to survive. But this behaviour seems dishonest to me, and if you recall their company history, it isn't for the first time.
