What are we looking at there? I can see the Baldurs Gate III reference in the data, but where did the image come from?

PC Gamer confirm there are references to Baldurs Gate III in the metadata. Could still be a hoax though. I imagine they expected people to look at that data, I doubt it's an oversight. It will be interesting to see what this reveal actually is...

I honestly can't see anyone anyone else left these days who would be better at BG3. Maybe MicroObisidiSoft.

Who owns the license to BG these days? It's an official D&D game. I suppose the next one could use different rules, but who knows?
I'm kind of tired of the forgotten realms, though. It hits my nostalgia buttons, but they really squeezed the source dry with BG1&2.
As long as it's not snow and Vikings, I'll be happy.

Even I speculated Larian was the developer a few months back.

They have multiple studios now so I highly doubt you wont see an OS III at some point in the future. It's good to try something different then miking one franchise for years.
Honestly, I would rather have OS3 than BG3
I would rather have Divinity 3 than either of those.
