Drithius
Magic & Loss
Finally getting around to Nehrim. Much more atmospheric than Oblivion (or Skyrim); it feels somewhat like a Gothic.
iMAME4ALL on Ipad using the Icade arcade cabinet. Finally installed the jailbreak for Ipad3.. Mostly been playing Double Dragon, Ikari Warriors and Donkey Kong. Great fun.
Anna in stealth mode backstabbing was my solution for a few tough encounters. I think I decided against incorporating Vhailor for role playing reasons.
Playing Mass Effect and really enjoying it. I've only just started exploring the galaxy after completing all the random quests on the Citadel.
I've got a question though… Is there any degree of level scaling in this game?
The reason I ask is because I've stumbled upon the "Bring Down the Sky" DLC mission early on, and I'm getting one-shot killed by some of the enemies. It's pretty dumb imo that they would place that mission so close to the Citadel and not give you any warning about what it is. I didn't realize it was the DLC until after I landed on the asteroid and started the mission.
It'll be my first full playthrough . I've played up to or slightly past this point several times in the past, but I didn't have the DLC installed before. I always wanted to have the full trilogy before I played them.
Bring Down the Sky must be meant for higher levels levels though. On Veteran difficulty, my squadmates are going down almost instantly, and I'm dead 1 or 2 shots later. What really sucks is that you can't leave once you start the mission. I guess I'm going back to an earlier save.
Overall I'm loving the game though. It's sad to know the series is mostly downhill afterwards.
