Gaming BS of the week

A lot of garbage. Any stock that suffers an immediate drop in price is subject to a ton of worthless ambulance chasing law-firms looking for a dime off of distraught investors. While a few (and I mean very few) have merit most of them are settled out of court with the law firms making $$$$$$$$ off the insurance company; and the investor left in the dust with at most a few cents.

Maybe but with the amount of bad press and other problems at Activision Blizzard in the last few months I don't know. Something smells rotten to the core at this company.

Easy - they predicted more when they estimated revenue for the quarter. Since they didn't meet unrealistic expectations provided to shareholders - shareholders are in panic.

Yes I know but many developers would love those sale numbers, but not EA. Nope it's the time old tradition of hyping your shareholders with unrealistic sale projections.

Basically like Joxer said the age old excuse of " below expectations.":biggrin:

2. Not surprised given the article about tension between Arkane & Bethseda.
Following the ‘disappointing’ releases of Dishonored 2 and Prey, Zenimax decided that they didn’t do well because no one buys single player games, a sentiment that one source stated was “dead ass wrong.” This mindset has led to a hard pivot by Zenimax to focus more on multiplayer and live service experiences, with only a few single player games in the pipeline.
