I haven't played it - and there's a little bit of difference between what a game master can do in a PnP game, and how developers might choose to implement rules.

For instance, if the rules themselves guarenteed a fun time - does that mean that no game master in the history of CoC campaigns ever bored his or her players?

Is this another case where you know - for a fact - how a game will play before it's released based on interviews and PR material?
