The strategy RPG Aye Captain! will be released on October 19, 2022:

Ahoy Pirate!

Aye Captain! takes place in the Seven Seas, each dominated by a unique faction. But now the balance is threatened by the Evil Queen of an ever-growing Empire. Plans of her Invasion land in your hands, and so you must gather Allies and strength to face the threat in turn based battles.
While exploring a procedurally generated world of the Seven Seas, you may encounter many adventures, treasures, engage in dialogues with wacky characters and trade your loot in some shady places. Yarr!!!

Breezing over game description half-paying attention, then I read: "Turn based combat." Me thinkin': Gawd, I hope I didn't comment on their Indie DB page: "Man, with these assets, this game of yours would be soo good turn-based!" :D

I'm skeptical about their ability to stick to a release date that's 18 months away, but the game looks fun so maybe in a future life I'll remember to check it out.
 
Intrigued, though I see some red flags, too.
