It wouldn't surprise me if that was the case (as long as the "a lot" doesn't mean vigorous )

But look at the bright side of it: With a sore arm there are a lot of chores you cannot do.

an incarnation of pibbur who didn't have any problems, but who can't remember how much arm movement he engaged in.
