So instead of walls of text you have some narrator constanly babbling?Obsidian is doing an action RPG in the world of Pillars of Eternity, so maybe inXile will follow this path in the world of Numenera? It would be an interesting take, tbh.

I know it's probably wishful thinking, but I sure hope it's Stone Keep II.
There was that rumour that the game would be Steampunk. Personally I hope for science fiction like Star Trek.
I never did play Stone Keep but every time I went to a gaming store I stopped to look at the box. Really cool box design for that game. Not sure why I never played Stone Keep. Was the combat like Eye of the Beholder because I don't enjoy that kind of combat?
I expect we will not see another party-based, isometric, cRPG from inXile.
And Stonekeep 2? Maybe by name, but who remembers that name today?
Definitely not people in market segment MS is aiming at.
No, no, this will be mainstream product to the bone.
I remember Stonekeep - I made a scan for RPGDot in 2002 - great cover:
Nah, it wouldn't be an AAA then. Still, I love the Numenera world and I would buy the game even if it was much more action-oriented.So instead of walls of text you have some narrator constanly babbling?
Sign me up that's something I would love to play.Sounds intriguing. I like Inxile and maybe it will be Wasteland 4 in first person 3d mode. You can say it would be similar to Fallout, but without the overt goofiness in the references and the 1950s type vibe…sounds good to me!
