German gaming site Gamestar.de has done an in-depth, 5 page Disciples III interview (complete with some nice language-independent screenshots) and it's available in German here. For those who don't speak that language, Akella's site gives a very brief translated excerpt:

When we talk about Disciples, it is quite hard to describe it with a single word. So many epithets comes to my mind: gloomy, gothic, breathtaking, stunning and so on. But in the end this particular word was chosen, because it stands for many changes and innovations introduced into the development process along with reconsideration done by the characters themselves who are reconsidering their actions & goals and changing world's history by doing that. "
