The Blight supporter packs for Path of Exile are now available:

The Blight Supporter Packs Are Available Now!

To celebrate the announcement of our upcoming expansion, we've just released two pairs of Blight Supporter Packs! By purchasing these you will receive cosmetic effects, such as an Armour Set, Weapon Effect, Aura Effect, a Pet and more! Press M in game to check them out!

There are two pairs of packs available with many exclusive microtransactions. Each of the two pairs has different contents, so you can choose whichever one (or both) you prefer. You can upgrade from the cheaper one in a pair to the more expensive later.
The Sentinel Supporter Pack contains a Weapon Effect, a Pet, a Portrait Frame, a Supporter Forum Title and 250 points. The Sentinel Overlord Supporter Pack contains everything from the Sentinel pack as well as an Armour Set, 550 points, a Portrait Frame and a Forum Title. The Lich Supporter Pack contains a Weapon Effect, an Aura Effect, a Portrait Frame, a Supporter Forum Title and 250 points. The Bane Lich has the same contents as the Lich pack, plus an Armour Set, an alternative Helmet Skin, a Portrait Frame, a Forum Title and 550 points. Check it out below:


You can upgrade from one of these Supporter Packs to another in the same series by clicking "Upgrade" on the desired pack. The process will include any pure points packs purchased since the release of Blight. The maximum amount that upgrades can contribute is 80% of the value of a pack.

Note that the Core and Blight packs are in different series, so you can't upgrade from one of those to the other type. If you have any questions about this process, please contact support@grindinggear.com!

Game, where you buy cool stuff in cashshop! I know it is free to play and must maintain itself somehow, but I play ARPGs for loot, not for sheer joy of killing endless masses of mobs and when the all coolest looking stuff is only in cashshop... I have no motivation to play. Only for stats? Nahh.

The stuff in shop is only cosmetic though. There is only one mustbuy imo when it comes to PoE. Mustbuys are carrying slots. Having 4 bags sucks. I think I had 10 back when I played this and they were always full. The other 6 were like $20 total and that's all I ever spent on the game that I played for over 1000 hours.

Like I didn't know! I talk about visuals! I play VIDEO games not just for numbers, stats or stories, but also for visual aesthetics.
In games like these I love to see how my character matures through the levels and hard work, transforming from noob in rags into battle hardened veteran looking like death incarnated. In PoE though... all this cool looking endgame armors and weapons dont fall from bosses, but are bought in cashshop, which totally diminishes any excitement for me to play this game. You buy stuff like in video above and start the game already looking like max level charter -wheres the fun in that? Maybe for some, but not me.
