Vespiary is a tactical turn-based RPG using the 5th edition SRD rules as a basis. There is little known of the game and the website provides only a bit of information, such as:

  • No annoying micromanagement - you don't have to count every arrow or bolt in the inventory.
  • Control party of adventurers and lead them through the battles and tangles of intrigue to the glory.
  • Choose classes, traits, spells and weapons for your characters to make them stronger.
  • Try different tactics against insidious villains in handcrafted deadly encounters.
  • Survive betrayals, save the princess (princess is NOT included) and feel the taste of victory!
The website also shows some screens.
The 'Mail Us' button sends a mail to Pyromancers, who might be known for their product Dungeon Painter Studios.

Thanks Daveyd.

More information.

Thrilling story - the heroes will not be quested to collect 20 goblin eyes.
When released, instabuy for me.

Not 20 goblin eyes. Perhaps 20 goblin teeth :)

Is it just me or after us whining a lot for a Fallout1-2 like for another Blackguards, there are now a TRUCKLOAD of Turn-Based tactical RPGs incoming? Hahaha! At least we can spend the time inside in these Virus-stricken times!

I also got a personal watchlist, meaing an excel file with dozens of titles in it. Once or twice a year I go through this list and update all the expected release dates.

With that, I pretty much know at any time what to play next, either something from the backlog, or a new title releasing soon.

Just a snipped of the planned releases this year, and some recently released games.
Not going to play all of them, but trying to play as many as possible. And "backlog" doesnt mean that I bought them (though many kickstarters I did back)

Backlog Forged of Blood Tactics RPG (Turnbased)
Backlog Yes, your grace Kingdom Simulator
Backlog Conglomerate 451
Backlog Broken Lines
Backlog Beautiful Desolation RT Isometric Post Apocalyptic RPG
25.3.2020 Iron Danger RPG Tactics Game with Time Manipulation
31.3.2020 Operencia: The Stolen Sun Dungeoncrawler / Blobber

Beautiful Desolation is a great game, but it's a point and click adventure, not an RPG. It has a lot in common with Disco Elysium, but not the RPG elements.
