According to the descriptions it's an "open-world, action-adventure story".
That's what I presumed since the first gameplay last year: there does not seem to be a lot of RPG elements in this game…
The game is described with the same phrase on Twitter:I wouldn't read so much into that. I doubt the people who write the descriptions for store pages even know the difference between action-adventure and action-RPG.

There are no details yet about gameplay and it's possibilities, but I think it's not advertised as RPG deliberately.
If I don't expect an RPG at least I won't be disappointed.

Still no gameplay whatsoever. I hope this game will be more The Witcher 2077 than GTA 2077.
When I say it, I'm only talking about the setting. Not any gameplay mechanics.Except for driving and "city", the two games couldn't be more different.
