With the exception of GOG, a game not working on your computer can't be blamed on the digital distributions site in question, but rather on the publishers/developers. The digital distribution sites just put the games up for sale, probably after a quick check to make sure that they got the right files (by installing & starting the game, I would guess)

And I have, as I said above, had issues with a grand total of 1 game from them, and they refunded me. And I have enough games on GG for it to be a major inconvenience to count them
