Few informations, but it sounds good, especially the bit about combat, looks like they have taken special care of it. And this was the second main disappointment for me in Gothic 3, next to the unfinished story/universe.
The combat scheme from the 2 first gothic was very simple and a bit repetitive once accustomed to it, but for me efficient and very addicitive... The new one sounds to have a bit more depth. Hope they manged to keep the addicitive feeling... We'll know probably more when people try it at the game convention next month.
Also, first time a date is mentionned, nothing really official, but they say end 2009
