Best guess probably a new act every 5-6 months at best. A few classes and origins wont be added to the Early Access version also. Writer confirmed that on Twitter and Twitch.

The game should have a total of three acts. Hence why Larian has stated a minimum of one year development on Early Access, but it can take more time if needed to finish.
