Nice! Looks like a pretty high mesh count with good specular highlighting. The flora is very detailed as well. Some of the shadows on the dragon don't look quite right, but that might just be the ambient lighting. I see they've also implemented depth of field.

Pretty impressive if those are really unmodified screenshots.
My guess is no. There taken from twitter that's all I can tell you about them. They do look like part of the GamesCom trailer were they showed the dragon.

My guess is also no. I mean, that's clearly a fake rhinopigrat...

The lighting and some parts could have possibly been touched but the grass suggests this isn't pure CGI.

No that's the creature Leliana found cute. To the dwaf's there just food. Looks like a hairless rat/bunny to me.

Yeah. I remember the quest in DA:O where you had to find a certain number of them for a merchant in Orzammar.

The first thing I thought of were the two hairless rats I used to have, Fink and Blink. Blink was born without hair and without eyes, and she was cute as hell. I miss my girls...

The dragon looks a bit too Disney-esque for my tastes but still looks good.

If it makes you money why not? My nieces and a few older relatives used to play the Nintendo DS pet games all the time. It's a gold mine I tell ya.

But there both so cute how can you not love them.

At least we can see the graphics are vastly improved from the first two games at least. That's a plus in my book thanks to the frostbite engine.
