Default Free Moray giveaway, scam or true?

i saw a contest saying they are give away 3 free Razer Moray. I thought it is a scam but until I read its Razer officially sponsored, do you guys have any further infomation on this?

Maybe not a spambot. If not, very likely a spamhuman.

Exactly the same message (including grammatical error) has appeared on several other sites.
