Locating Randall for Okara

According to the walkthrough by GeorgeKI 2007-05-29 Randall is on a flat knoll by a
campfire WSW of Okara and SE of the great falls. I located such an area, but Randall is no where to be found. However, how do i determine if i'm at the "great falls?"
The world map is of no help since none of the falls are labeled or even shown as falls on the map. If any one can help me locate Randall, I'de appreciate it very much.

He is very easy to locate:
Exit Okara (the stairs) and head right. Right around the corner you'll come to a camp site outside a cave. Randall should be sitting at the campsite. I've never experienced him not being there, but there is a quest for him to help him clear the cave, so he might be in there I suppose.
If you spend more than 15 seconds walking from Okara without finding the campsite, you've gone in the wrong direction. It really is right around the corner, almost visible from the entrance to Okara.
