game.db4 restored by windows

I get a strange thing that ends in Windows restoring and truncating game.db4. This file isn't far to save files and that worry me. I don't notice anything after to have launch the game and load last save.

I can't access the original site (if someone could warn admins that their subscribe system or request email validation both bug) and I'm worry about this file. Do you have any advice about this?

Never good to keep a truncated file so to try and to be safe I attempt to remove the file, launch and load a save, and a new game.db4 seems to have been restored and again I don't notice changes.

Weird, I wonder, probably just a sort of temp file but then it isn't placed at the right folder.
