Annoying memory debug text / info

When I was playing, after a savegame, loads of memory information appeared. I wasnt on marvin mode or test mode. Any Ideas how to get rid of / disable it?
Reinstalling didnt help. I googled it and found nothing, in debug.ini everyting seems fine.

Did you download the new patch (CP1.7)?

Asking because coincidentally the new patch was released around the same time as your post and does not support old saves.

Hitting ctrl-S brings the screen dump up.

Hitting ctrl-S again makes it go away.
