How do I unlock the last Crypt?

Ok any help here would be nice. Can't seem to get past that last Crypt locked door in Moorbridge

You probably need to complete the quest with the vagabond stealing money from innkeepers, as she will lead you into one of the crypts after you have cleared the path for her. She can be found in the Moorbridge tavern.
