King's Bounty: Lina first skill bug?

When trying to do the truth test (Dreghen) I used two times the Lina skill because a ball has been destroyed and I needed it. At this points the balls didn't bring me anything and worth seem to have slower my mana regen rate from 2 points to 1 points. That battle is tough and last 18 rounds for an unfair lost that should have been a win without this bug.
Is there any trick with this bug? This one is quite ugly and I'm surprised that it hasn't been fixed.

The +2 mana regen is the default I have without this skill, I get it from concentration level 1. When I use the Lina balls I have much more, at least 4.
During the battle an enemy run through the mana ball (curently 2 red 1 blue) and then as soon as I could I reuse the Lina skill and then quote only 1 mana regen per round despite the concentration level that should garanty two mana per round.
For none of those skills I see in their description that the rate lower as time progress. Strange nobody else quote this ugly bug. That could be some special rules but I don't see which one.
I'll check the slower mana regen as time progress but it's still weird that when I reuse the Lina skill I didn't reinitialize this if there was decrease along time.

There's definitely lower mana regen in a long battle, even with concentration maxed(you'll get a little dialogue note that the battle is exhausting, or something) so that part isn't a bug. Can't tell about the Lina thing;I got frustrated with the mana and health balls always being generated on the opposite side of the hex grid and never used that skill much.

Weird thanks to point it I haven't quote this detail about the concentration skill. Still the second Lina skill use is weird and seems quite like a bug.
I totally agree that the random part of this skill is a little irritating.

You are totally right, I tested it, the skill concentration level 1. It provides 2 per round until beginning of round 10 then a message explained the mana regeneration from concentration is halved. I continue until level 14 with 1 per round. Combat ended then.
Well now I need check Lina first skill behavior. Much less easy.
EDIT: That is a very bad observation, I wonder from what I get the feeling to have an increased mana regen per round with the Lina 1st skill. In fact you need walk into a ball to get a bonus (I bet if an enemy walk into the ball you also get the bonus).
