Hamlar?

I just got a new computer so I bought the game. Graphics and sound are wonderful and so far no bug or glitches. Here is my question:

My man just landed on Ardea, beat the orcs. Now I want to buy the flame sword( I believe it's very good ), but there is no option to talk to Hamlar?

I think you'll need to follow Gorn to the rebel hideout before Hamlar becomes available as a trader. In any case, don't expect to see the Flame sword around with the latest community patch - it appearing so early in the game was a bug anyway, considering it's vastly more powerful than everything else (available).

What do I do to get a response from Gorn? and where is Lester?

Lester is in a hut near the sea, a few 100m away from Ardea.

Gorn tells you what he wants to do now if you ask him. Then he tell you about Reddock.

Are you playing with the community patch? Because you definitely SHOULD.
