NOTR: Using Beliar Claw sword as a mage?

I liked using the beliar sword as a dragon hunter, mostly for the bonus damage triggering regardless of being blocked, and found the beliar runes to be completely useless. Is there a way to keep the sword as a fire mage?

The Height of Power mod allows a mage to use the claw. I don't think there is a way in the normal game.

edit: ok, I found it, it isn't actually in the main mod section of wog, its in a subforum for ironkeep studios

Nice to hear it worked out o.k.
You can always, without using any mods, edit the files to enable using the beliar sword as a fire mage, or any other weapon, or as any guild member, or use any 2 handed weapon in one hand in any part of either G1 - G2 - or NOTR.
