Are there any dexterity-based swords in the game?

I'm thinking of something like the Rapier or the Master Sword.

Not sure if there are any high end weapons though, similar to the Master Sword in G2. I've encountered dex based weapons, but no amazing ones like that particular one.

A few vendors do have some dex based weapons (1H swords), but like I said, no high end ones that I know of. You probably didn't pay attention to them since they're often in the middle of the "sword part" of the inventory, and nothing worth noting in terms of damage. It's natural to look at the high end stuff.
