Once you've read these and they have been 'registered' in your journal, do you need keep them anymore or can you dump them? Thanks.

You don't need them, you can sell them for a small amount, but I stored most of mine with the innkeeper, just in case I wanted to look at them again.

I stored stuff like the single metor stones and extra potions I made and some ingredients as well. Just remember to get them out before you get to the end of the game….IE going to the swamp after the rebellion starts….no way to access them after that.
