View distance ….. bah!

So I am right near the end of the game, and realised I have been playing on low view distance all this time (frame rate was 30 at start so left all settings). Stupid I know, I was too engrossed in game to fiddle with settings.

Waaah! it looks so much better with no pop in, and I can see the volcano!!!!!!!!!!!!
