Different Rewards for the Same Quest
Different Rewards for the Same Quest

I've noticed that you get a different reward for the same quest depending on whether you do it for the Don, or for Order. One example: When I gave the Romanov chest back to him I got 300 Exp and 300 Gold (Don) when I gave it to Sergio (order) I only got 200 Exp and 100 Gold. Does this happen with all of these quests?

I notice the same type thing on the Costa's purse quest. Giving it to Delgado got more exp. and gold, instead of Sebastion(or WTF ever his name is standing right there close to Costas)

Chris: Dad, what's the blow-hole for?
Peter: I'll tell you what it's not for, son. And when I do, you'll understand why I can never go back to Sea World.

Yep, both sides award different XP/gold for every quest.
Also, you can actually finish one of the quests for BOTH sides.

I just noticed this. I'm not sure if you realize it, but you can buy a bow from Costa that used to belong to Cole. If you give the bow back to Cole, you'll get experience.
In my first play through, I tipped the town balance to the Don. When I gave Cole back his bow, I got 300 Exp. Now when I am playing for the Order (and have completed 4/4 quests i their favor), I only got 200 Exp for returning the bow.
Interesting.
Anyway, I think this is just the game's way of saying that sometimes doing the right thing does not pay off immediately. That you should want to do it because it is just, not because you want fame or reciprocation.

Order has more quests than Bandits. Later of course.
It's logical that Order quests give less rewards.
