which faction is the best

this is for people who have played it as all the factions mage warrior and bandit if you havent dont answer. what storyline do you think is best and wat do you think is the best for weapons

That is a PURELY personal choice. I find playing fighters BORING in all RPG's and always play a mage type. Friends hate mages and enjoy running around in tin suits bashing everything. Choose what you enjoy. All factions are playable depending on your play style!!

normally i'd go for warrior types because of the trade-offs in LP. but in Risen i sorta having 2nd thoughts going the hunter's way since as warrior of the order, one can learn magic and wield weapons.

Actually, being a mage is even better for a warrior since you get useful utility magic (rune seals) for very low LP and can still put your points in combat skills if you want.
