Quick Question on CPU and this Game

I have read both minimum and maximum requirements for this game. My video card, DVD drive, and memory more than meets or meets the recommended hardware specs.
However, my system is a socket 939 and the CPU is dual core 3800+ @2.0 MHz.
* Do you think I should run this game at decent framerates or will my cpu cause lagging. My screen resolution will be 1280x1024.

I've played it on a similar CPU. Should be fine. Combined with a GeForce 8800GT you should be able to play on maximum details.

I don't think this game is as CPU-heavy like … Divinity 2, for example.
