Meatbug Diver Caught In The Act

I'm finally playing through Gothic 3 and ran into this somewhere near Montera. I have to give this guy credit, grubbing around under hay bales for his meatbug fix…

First time playing G3 Markus? How do you like it so far?

I want to replay it with the 1.73 patch, but there's just too many good games coming out in the near future, and G3 is a loooong game.

I've started this game twice before, but never finished it. It's not Gothic 2/w Night of the Raven by any stretch, but it's not horrible. I'm just determined to be one of the few, elite (patient) gamers who have actually finished this game.

I've played it twice - both times with community patch.

First time I couldn't finish the game due to having killed a character some time before. However, I fashioned my own ending in that I stormed the King's throneroom, slaughtered everyone there and took my rightful place on the throne. That was ending enough for me.

Second time, I did get through to one of the 'official' endings - although not one of the best. But it was nice 'closure'.

Enjoyed both of my run-throughs, but I'm not likely to go through again.
