Elven Legacy-Dare I?
December 26th, 2009, 20:18
Ok, D2D has Elven Legacy and all three expansions for $30.00 and I'm such a sucker for a bargain. I have read the game is hard and unforgiving. I love King's Bounty and previously Age of Wonders
hadow Magic (I want another!); however, I don't seem to do well at the HOMM series although I've certainly tried and will continue to try
My question is: Did the expansions for Elven Legacy make the core game easier or are the expansions themselves easier?
Any advice would be welcome

CelesteGB, I recommend downloading the demo and playing awhile yourself if you haven't already. That way maybe you can get a bit of a feel for it.
You can pick it up here at GamersHell:
http://www.gamershell.com/download_44030.shtml
or over at Atomic Gamer

Steam has it too.
I know you're the "no troops left behind" kind of gamer, and this game does reward that kind of tenacity, but it also makes you really work for everything you get. I have an average of three or four reloads on every scenario. On easy.
I love it, but many might not.

You're a brave man. I'm retired, and I still don't have that kind of time.
