is it posable to make a backup of my disc and compress it into a installer thats just barely 1gb? so its portable?

Why would you need that?
I think JoWood removed copy protection from patch 1.5 so you don't have to insert the disc anymore.

You can create the .iso itself with programs like ImgBurn and mount it with one of the many mounting applications available.
I can't think of any way compressing a 3+GB disc to just 1GB.
