Star Trek Online closed beta starts

Not without its share of drama. Pre-order Champions Online customers selecting either 6 month or lifetime subscription were promised access to Star Trek Online closed beta. Apparently a rep. posted that they would get first priority when beta started. Now it seems it was wrong info and that they were just guaranteed 'eventual access' and the forums are ablaze.
