Actually, for sheer volume with a complete absence of content (good, bad, or any other kind), I'd vote for Melcar. Realistically, though, the person that crossed the line firstest and mostest was the fine gent that felt the need to troll Pibbur's thread, which would be Terror.

You do realize if you ban them they're just going to come back via other means since they know they can successfully get rises out of a lot of the people here.
