I am trying to figure out whatever I installed the patch… but I cannot find anywhere to say which version I have….

Isn't there a console you can enable? That might show which version it is.

do I need to write a command or something in the console to get the version ?

I wouldn't think so. Most games show their version in the lower left corner of the console. I haven't played Risen since before the patch was released though…

There should be a file called 'RisenPatch_Changelog.txt' in the Risen folder. You could also right-click on Risen.exe in the bin folder - if the date modified is recent then you must have patched it.

I found a way to do it… if you alt+tab out of risen, it will show the version in the taskbar…… looks like it is a bit tricky even if you install the 1.10 patch, the version is acctually 1.0989365 or something like that…. I guess they round it to 1.10
so I have latest version after all

so I have latest version after all
