These guys were reeling in a tiger shark and a leg fell out of its mouth.

Those things are vicious. I read a story about a guy that was cliff diving in the Gulf of Mexico when he drifted down in front of a hole one was living in. It went beserk and dragged him down to the bottom.

I saw one in the distance when I dived in the Gulf. Thankfully there weer a couple dozen of us diving and it spooked the thing into running away.

Besides with a couple of dozen other divers there was at most 5 % chance that it would target you. Now if it had been an ocean white tip and you were a bit further away from shore……

Yep, Tiger Sharks are bad news, I'm familiar with them because they're found in Hawaii, where I visit quite often. I haven't seen one up close and personal yet, and I have no desire to.

They are one of the three most aggressive shark species along with White and Bull sharks.
