Your old rig is almost identical to mine. My gts 8800 had 640MB. Same MB, same CPU.

It is good rig and served me well, it still could handle most modern games on medium setting at least.

That 8800GTS with the G92 core was a very good card. That's what I had for about 2 years before I briefly used a Radeon 4890, and then got my GTX 470 OC.
