Music and picture, when used in perfect synthesis, can truly arouse strong feelings. What sequences or videos have you seen that stuck with you long afterward? I'm not necessarily speaking of generic music videos, but more along the lines of my top two contenders:
Watchmen Intro
Sarah Connor Chronicles season 1 finale

Those I still remember (for some reason)…
Fallout Intro
Mass Effect 2 Trailer
The background music is called Two Steps of Hell, Heart of Courage

Can't find the scene on YT - but I was profoundly touched by the beginning of Gladiator - with "The Wheat" scene and Crowe watching the little bird.
I'm also quite fond of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9eQ_…eature=related - from The Fountain. But then again, most of the movie is basically one huge impactful scene to me.

Probably not the most impactful, but few which immediately came to mind:
For a Few Dollars More - the moment the second clock starts to play as Eastwood enters the scene. My favourite film of the Man with No Name trilogy and this exact moment is my favourite 5 seconds of it
. I really like Morricone´s music in general and with Leone they formed a truly amazing duo when it comes to intertwining music with story/characters/visuals.
More by Mark Osborne - probably my favourite short film also thanks to its fitting simple soundtrack (by New Order)
From the realm of computer games, I´d mention Planescape: Torment´s ending movie, when the game´s central question is uttered over the game´s leitmotif.
Speaking of music and picture used in perfect synthesis, almost literally, Gondry´s clip to The Chemical Brothers´ Star Guitar is cool.

The "Forbidden Friendship" scene of "How to train your dragon".
On the soundtrack music CD, it imho sounds even greater !

I've always thought that David Lynch had a good ear for movie music.
